Delivery Requirements
Customers must provide a complete service address, accurate delivery instructions, and a safe location for placement. Delivery timing may depend on route schedules, local availability, weather, and site conditions.
Placement Requirements
The placement area must be flat, accessible, and large enough for the requested dumpster size. Customers are responsible for confirming driveway, street, HOA, property, or permit restrictions before delivery.
Customer Access Requirements
Driveways, gates, alleys, job sites, and loading areas must be clear before delivery and pickup. Blocked access, locked gates, low wires, low branches, or unsafe conditions may cause delays or additional charges.
Weight Limits
Dumpster rentals may include weight limits that vary by size, debris type, disposal facility, and local service area. Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, roofing, and demolition debris may require special approval.
Prohibited Materials
Prohibited items may include hazardous waste, chemicals, wet paint, batteries, tires, fuel, oils, asbestos, medical waste, flammable materials, and appliances or electronics restricted by local rules.
Overage Fees
Overage fees may apply when debris exceeds weight limits, rental periods, fill lines, or approved material types. Customers should request guidance before loading heavy or unusual materials.
