Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Haulix Dumpsters, we strive to provide reliable dumpster rental solutions through our network of independent local provider partners. This policy explains when customers may be eligible for a refund and when cancellation fees may apply.

Before Vendor Booking
If a customer cancels an order before a dumpster provider has been selected and booked, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
After Vendor Confirmation
Once a local provider has confirmed the order but before delivery has been dispatched, customers may cancel and receive a refund minus a reasonable administrative fee of up to $25.
This fee helps cover payment processing, scheduling, and coordination costs.
After Dispatch or Scheduled Delivery
If a dumpster has already been scheduled for delivery or a provider has begun dispatching equipment, cancellation fees may apply.
Any applicable vendor cancellation fees or costs incurred by Haulix Dumpsters may be deducted from the refund amount.
After Dumpster Delivery
Once a dumpster has been delivered to the service location, the rental service is considered active and payments are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered in cases involving service errors, provider failure, or other significant issues.
Provider Failure
If a provider is unable to complete the requested service, Haulix Dumpsters may:
- Arrange an alternative provider, or
- Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Customers will not be charged cancellation fees resulting from provider failure.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
